Billy Pie is born from a simple philosophy- quality ingredients, traditional cooking methods, and consistency yield an incredible product. We start with the finest doughs made with real New York water to capture the magic that flour connoisseurs have pursued for decades. We utilize whole tomato crops, benefiting both the farmer and the consumer with consistent, healthy produce. Our oregano is sourced from a small farm in Italy, all with the same goal in mind: the perfect slice. We’re bringing something both traditional and new to grocery store aisles: brick oven-fired pizzas, made with the finest ingredients, and frozen at the peak of freshness to bring the utmost flavor and quality to your kitchen and family.

Chef Billy

Restaurateur, baker, and avid surfer Billy Fallen started his culinary career in the Green Mountains of Vermont. Enamored by the romance of creating the perfect dough, he soon realized that baking was where he wanted to land in life. Whether it was bread, pastries, or pizza, he was enamored with mixing ingredients, putting them in an oven, and waiting for them to bake to a golden reddish hue. While he jokes that the hours of a baker's life are not easy, Chef Billy has found it to be hugely rewarding.

After leaving the early morning hours of a baker's life behind, he chose to stay in the field of baking, but with pizza as his medium. First, with pizzerias inside of breweries around Virginia, then to a standalone pizza shop, and now a wholesale frozen pizza manufacturing facility, the Billy Pie brand continues to expand and grow, bringing quality pizzas to homes everywhere. Billy jokes that the hours are much less challenging, and the work is even more rewarding.
